The Model Makes All the Difference

Our scientists work collaboratively with you to thoroughly evaluate your drug candidates, planning an approach that takes advantage of the widest breadth of analysis tools and models in the industry. Use our cell line models to interrogate the pharmacology of your drug candidates and get the decision-driving data you need to make go/no-go decisions on drugs in your preclinical oncology pipeline.

NOW AVAILABLE

Patient-Derived Xenograft Models

Improve your therapeutic efficacy predictions with our fully characterized patient-derived xenografts (PDX) representing multiple histotypes.

Subcutaneous Tumor Models

Subcutaneous (SC) tumor models have played an important role in cancer drug discovery for many years. The use of these models is a critical step along the drug discovery cascade. In vivo studies utilizing SC tumor models are incorporated into pharmacodynamic assays to ensure target inhibition and adequate inhibition of target over time.

Orthotopic Tumor Models

The deep tissue location of the tumors in many orthotopic models makes the assessment of anti-cancer activity difficult without the use of imaging techniques. Traditional methods require the sacrifice of large cohorts of animals, at different time points, to track tumor progression, metastatic spread and response to therapy.

Metastasis Tumor Models

Metastatic disease accounts for the majority of cancer-related mortalities. The genes and proteins involved in metastasis have long been sought after as potential therapeutic targets. Our tumor portfolio contains a number of proprietary, efficient and reproducible metastasis models.

Disseminated Tumor Models

We offer more than 50 different hematologic tumor lines, of both human and murine origin. We bring over a decade of industry-leading experience and expertise in model selection, study design, study execution, image acquisition and proprietary data analysis of disseminated tumor models.

PRECLINICAL ONCOLOGY RENOVATION

Fully invested in your fight against cancer from the very beginning

The fight against cancer starts in the lab. That’s why we’ve invested in a renovation that doubled the size of our preclinical oncology facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Here you can discover enhanced capabilities and greater capacity to speed up your preclinical oncology programs.
